Why Aussie VAs are afraid to charge their worth and how this is detrimental to the VA Industry

Why Aussie VAs are afraid to charge their worth and how this is detrimental to the VA Industry I realise that by saying Virtual Assistants are afraid, I’ve probably already pissed off a few people already. What Aussie Virtual Assistants Pay Themselves

This is interesting but also NOT GOOD! Recently Tracy Brockhoff did a survey to look at how VAs pay themselves and whether they were happy with their figures. Being clear on your objectives helps you work out the smartest and easiest strategies moving forward with finding, securing and maintaining clients – the right clients. Here are my 7 tips for starting off on the right foot with your clients:

Why Australian businesses are full of shit

In the Virtual Assistant Industry, there are thousands of mums across Australia who ease the pressure on the childcare system, and who put food on the table by running their business from home. They don’t rely on Centrelink for unemployment benefits, because they’ve created their own solution. They are amazing! They are valuable to our economy! But wait! Why would businesses want to work with them when they can pay $5 per hour for business support services from India or the Philippines?
