As well as being the Director of The Small Business Assistant, Rachelle is also the Director of Race Chix, which aims to help increase female participation in motorsport. As startups, Rachelle launched both businesses from scratch and has ridden the highs and lows that are all part of the small business owner journey.

Not only does Rachelle have over 20 years experience, she is also a Master of Business Administration – literally! Rachelle holds an MBA which she gained in 2019 from the Australian Institute of Business.
