ABOUT BIZ:
I am wanting to deliver fresh fruit & veg to my outback town in NSW where we have just one supermkt, & this has crappy quality produce.
I will be using a supplier in a nearby town, which orders large quantities of F&V from a city market & can order & pack orders for me. I will get the customer order, on a spreadsheet of sorts, send in to the supplier the totals in kg of each fruit & veg ordered, plus a single customer order list so that the supplier can pack the individual orders. Then I will drive the 3 hours there to pick them up!

SUPPORT NEEDED:
I’m wanting a streamlined system to collate orders & an easy & cheap invoicing system too I think.
(No website atm until I determine how much following there will be).
Google sheets has been suggested, something that I can email to people, or text a link to customers.

Ideally it should be streamlined & easy for the customer, and for myself! I want it to be a time saver, & not a complicated system – I don’t want to turn customers away!
