SUPPORT NEEDED:
I’m looking for an experienced short-term rental (STR) consultant or virtual assistant to help audit and tidy up my full short-term rental setup across multiple platforms, including:

Airbnb

Booking.com

OwnerRez

My direct booking website (integrated via OwnerRez)

Stripe (payment gateway setup)

I’ve done most of the setup myself but would love a professional to go through everything and make sure it’s working seamlessly, with a focus on automation, guest experience, and payment systems.

Scope of work includes:

✅ Review and test OTA integrations + calendar syncing (Airbnb, Booking.com)

✅ Check that OwnerRez is correctly configured (properties, rates, fees, messages, etc.)

✅ Ensure my direct booking website (linked to OwnerRez) is live, functional, and guest-friendly

✅ Review and clean up email/message templates and guest automation rules

✅ Check that Stripe is correctly set up to accept direct booking payments and that payouts are working

✅ Audit listing descriptions, photos, house rules, and cancellation policies for consistency and clarity

✅ Review minimum night rules, cleaning fees, taxes, security deposits, and seasonal pricing

✅ Provide feedback and suggest any missed opportunities for efficiency or improvement

About you:

Ideally based in Australia (but open to others with STR experience)

Familiar with OwnerRez, Airbnb, Booking.com, and Stripe

Know the short-term rental industry and what guests expect

Clear communicator and detail-focused
