Haven Therapy is a small online counselling business operating as a sole trader with the support of one other contracted counsellor.
We pride ourselves on making counseling a fun, engaging and relaxed environment. We originally marketed towards children however we are outgrowing this space and are moving more towards virtual appts only, focusing on more teens to adults, neurodivergent clients and elderly clients.
We offer individual counselling, adhd coaching, couples counselling, ndis counselling and also customs educational resources such as work books, educational videos etc.

SUPPORT NEEDED:
I am looking for someone to help with the following :
Market research
Strategic social media planning
Possible admin of supporting with onboarding new clients ( only the odd one here and there current client base is very stable)
I want to grow the business and the brand of a relaxed and down to earth comfy counselling environment and someone that is comfortable in the mental health sector.
