SUPPORT NEEDED:
Our client needs someone who can direct the business’s activity and staff to achieve company goals. You’ll have experience managing diverse responsibilities, such as implementing and overseeing company processes, managing a small team, and supporting the business founder with ad hoc activities.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling, managing and monitoring the activities of a small team (1-2 people) and your own activities, whilst fostering a positive and inclusive team environment
Providing oversight and being a point of escalation for the customer service role
Ensuring compliance with internal controls and improving process efficiency
Conducting quality assurance of marketing copy, such as EDM’s and website
Managing updates to an online education platform
Supporting live education events and courses
Managing projects / business operations
Completing ad hoc growth activities based on strategic goals
