SUPPORT NEEDED:
We’re looking for a virtual assistant to help us grow Chatsworth House Events — particularly in the areas of weddings, brand collaborations and photoshoots. Our goal is to connect with well-aligned brands, creative teams and media outlets that share our aesthetic and values.

The role will involve researching and identifying the right people within organisations (such as brand marketing teams, PR contacts or photo/creative producers) and compiling their details so we can reach out with collaboration or photoshoot opportunities. It will also include finding relevant media contacts and publications where we could share stories about what we do.

You’ll assist in drafting outreach emails to potential collaborators, brand partners and media, helping us communicate in a way that feels personal and on-brand. Initially, I’ll handle the phone calls and direct follow-up, but if you’re confident and aligned with our approach, there’s scope for you to manage the inbox and outreach conversations more directly.

Ideally, you’ll have an interest in lifestyle, fashion or rural/regional brands, a good eye for brand alignment, and some PR or communications experience. We’re after someone proactive, detail-oriented and genuinely interested in helping our business grow through thoughtful partnerships and exposure.
