ABOUT BIZ:
Recently went from sole trader occupational therapist to company with 1x allied health assistant (casual) and looking to onboard a speech therapist and OT in 2026. Live and work remote so staff will be FIFO model. Have bookkeeper services sorted and use Splose with Xero integration.

SUPPORT NEEDED:
This is an initial specific support need of tidying up service agreements (lots of the kids we see have OT and allied health assistance so wanting to integrate both into 1 service agreement). Already have SA template in Splose, it’s just the admin time I can’t keep up with of checking everyones NDIS info is up to date and then sending out SA’s, following up them being signed, and putting cases in Splose that reflect plan periods (if relevant).

No, I live remote anyway but working under AWST time would be great
