We provide virtual reception and admin services for a number of allied health and specialist businesses.

Support Needed:
We have a number of clinics we work with where the nature of the business or the practitioner tends to attract patients with either English as a non-fluent second langauge, or little to no English. Google translate will only get you so far. We need someone who speaks Chinese fluently to be on call to be conferenced in so they can help facilitate those conversations. We don’t generally need highly technical language, beyond, “when would you like to reschedule?”
