Support Needed:
I’m looking for an experienced freelance content operations VA to support my weekly publishing workflow across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, EDMs and Kajabi.

The role involves scheduling supplied content, including LinkedIn/Facebook posts, EDMs, two Instagram reels using supplied videos/hooks/captions/CTA clip, one to two Instagram carousels using supplied assets, and one weekly Zoom recording upload to Kajabi.

This is an execution role, not strategy. Approx. 5 hours per week.

VA Location: No

VA Hours: Approx 5 hours a week

Software: The VA will need their own laptop, reliable internet and a smartphone with Instagram access. They should be confident using Google Drive, Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Kajabi and Zoom. All templates, captions, creative assets and instructions will be supplied.

Budget: $50-$65 AUD per hour, approx 4-6 hours per week, depending on experience
