However, we prefer quality over quantity so if you hear from just one or two great options, that's way better than 20 low quality options.

We recommend checking responses against your own list of requirements and then, for those who look like they might be a good fit, organise a zoom chat. This will help you get a good feel for how you'd both work together.

I highly recommend working out what the potential value will be of having this support in your business and allocating a budget based on that - not just on what is in your account right now.

Please note that we never recommend any of our members charge less than $40 per hour because it will be hard for them to maintain quality software, equipment training and insurances if they don't charge enough. PLUS every business owner wants to be able to make a profit - they aren't a charity. $40 per hour is generally the absolute base level for Aussie VAs at the moment. Most VAs charge between $50 - $80 per hour with quite a few charging higher amounts again.

Many virtual professionals can quote you based on outcomes rather than on an hourly rate, depending on the type of service required. If the service allows for clear outcomes and deliverables, outcome or package pricing can be an excellent way to budget from month to month.
