Hi, I’m Charlene, owner of Virtual Balance Business Support, established in 2019, to assist other small business owners, and myself to achieve a balanced work and home life.​

Business Administration is where I built my career and over 30 years of I have accumulated experience working in various Administration, Accounts, and Customer Service roles across industries including, Mining, Health Sector, Wholesale Distribution, Hospitality, Retail, and Automotive.

During my 3 plus years owning and operating a retail store, which I closed in 2018, I realised that administration and back-end processes are where my heart is, but also, that small business owners, like me, needed access to a service that could provide business and administration support as needed. I too, was spending a large chunk of my non-working hours doing administration for my business.

We work with Sole Traders, Private Practitioners, and Small Business owners in all industries, with special interests in Natural Health, Wellness, Healing and Coaching for humans and horses, Finance, and Allied Health.
