I am passionate about customer service, customer retention, any kind of admin/data entry, social media marketing and accounts receivable, these tasks drive me and I’m always striving to bring only the best results for my clients!

I started as a Virtual Assistant mainly offering B2B & B2C cold calling in early 2015, after a major injury exasperated an existing medical condition causing me to re-evaluate my source of income. I started out with one client, a few hours a week, and gradually built up to several clients in the cleaning, events, real estate, and funeral services industries.

Now, I’ve moved from cold calling to online marketing, as well as offering a range of services, and I believe that Virtual Assistance is the way of the future. The nature of the business means that I always have room for one or two more clients, and I’m always open to new opportunities to provide the best service possible to businesses who need my assistance or advice.
