Virginia Blakemore Owner / Manager of My Business Assistant is located in NSW in the lower Blue Mountains just west of Sydney, however I provide assistance to clients Australia wide.  I have had over 20 years’ experience working within the Administration / Accounting field.  I  have worked for a variety of companies and industries in the corporate world, including Construction, Professional, Sales, and Recruitment.

Many of my roles have been in client services, business development and sales, supporting and assisting teams and individuals in those areas. I has been responsible for carrying out a range of varied and general administrational duties which includes:

  • General Office Duties such as filing, faxing, emailing, diary management, copying, couriering, manning a busy reception & directing calls
  • Responsible for support, training and development of administrators
  • Active role within the recruitment process, implementation, management, interviews, appointing and training new administrators

  • Travel Organiser and Booker for Domestic & International including travel diaries
  • Travel to offices to ensure smooth administration is in operation and conduct office Audits
