Started in 2013, Off-Site Reception was created based on the needs of clients. Hanna (Founder, creator, tech-head, and award winner) was already running a successful virtual administration service when she found more and more clients requesting reception based services.
After researching phone systems and processes, Hanna created her unique reception service and successfully launched it online.
