Hi, I’m Lisa Thompson, owner of OutShuffle. I believe that each and every one of us has something special they can share with the world. What motivates me is the desire to help business owners share their own gift.

I established OutShuffle in 2019 as I was keen to work with a wide variety of clients and businesses to help alleviate their administration pressure. I am passionate about seeing people achieve their goals and truly enjoy being part of their journey.

I have over 20 years of experience working in admin including over 10 years as an Executive Assistant. I have provided support to people in all levels of business: from Directors and Senior Executives to entrepreneurs and small business owners. My experience covers various industries which has given me the ability to understand many varied company objectives and adapt easily.

I have frequently worked with executive managers, and therefore can offer professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at the highest level. I have also worked with small entrepreneurial businesses and consequently have an empathetic understanding of the commitment that goes into growing a small business. My services are offered with compassion and care for all clients whether they are from large or small businesses.
