Emma was raised assisting with her parents’ small business and understands the similar but subtly different staffing challenges faced by entrepreneurs and small businesses.  Throughout her working career Emma came to recognise the limited options available to these entities when it came to administrative support.

Emma’s interest in small business began early on, seeing the challenges and excitement it provided her family as she was growing up.  This interest inspired Emma to start her own business using her wealth of knowledge in the administration field, providing much needed support to other small businesses Australia wide.  Emma’s philosophy is to provide reliable, consistent support services to her clients with a focus on quality to ensure long term relationships are developed and maintained.

Emma has a University background in science which has provided her with a great foundation, allowing her to develop advanced skills in computer literacy, report writing, analytical thinking and research.

Additionally, Emma has extensive experience in a variety of administrative environments including small business, local and State governments.
