I’m a Sydney based VA. I’m a Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Content & Design generalist, including:
- document design
- editing, proofreading, short copywriting
- digital/graphic content creation (Adobe Creative Suite)
- customer happiness
- social media, communications + marketing support
- WordPress – website support, design + maintenance, SEO
I have been a VA for 6+ years. Prior to that I ran my own online store, dabbled in some flexible, remote work, and prior to that worked in financial services education for nearly 10 years doing desktop publishing and editing. I currently mainly do a range of marketing, design and communications tasks in the startup space.
I’m experienced across the following areas:
- Mailchimp – experienced in creating newsletters, list management & segmenting, automation, account set-up
- CRM programs – Salesforce and Insightly
- Project Management Software – Trello, Asana, Basecamp
- Social Media management – writing posts and scheduling, have had a little experience with advertising, have used Buffer and Hootsuite for scheduling
- Graphic Design – experienced with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva for creation of range of end-products including flyers, social media graphics, magazine advertisements
- WordPress – content uploads, blog posts maintenance and updates.
