Hi there! My name is Monique, the managing director of Monstar Documents. Having worked in a corporate environment for 12 years, I decided to take the plunge into the virtual world.
Starting out as a generalist VA and obtaining a Certificate in Virtual Administration, I decided that Monstar Documents needed a point of difference.
Monstar Documents’ point of difference is that not only do we provide you with a first class secretarial service; we also have a way with words. We now offer our clients a copywriting service; writing your words for websites, direct mail letters and brochures. This is coupled with outstanding secretarial skills so we can always help you further with general digital transcription, word processing, editing and proofreading and the like.
